QBasic Archives
About these games:
All of these games can be run without ever downloading QBasic because
they are also compiled as an exe file. If you want to view the program
source code, open the .bas file with with Notepad if you do not have
QBasic. If you have QBasic and want to see the source code, make sure
to run QBasic with the /l syntax to load the Quick basic run-time
libraries or the mouse operator will not function when you try to run
the program within QBasic.

Air Traffic Control 2001
Download
Now! (only 201K!)
Air
Traffic Control 2001 is a game I created and compiled with
QBasic 7.1 extended. This game is totally free and was originally
built as a project for my Computer Science class at school. The
object of the game is to guide the airplanes to a safe landing
without crashing them! You can control their altitude, direction,
and clearance. There are 4 destinations - 2 airports, and 2 exit
zones. Your score is calculated, but it's hard to not keep the
planes waiting and end up with a negative score!

Breakout
2002 is a game I created and compiled with QBasic 7.1 extended.
This game is totally free and was originally built as a project for
my Computer Science class at school. This game is similar to Mario
and Commander Keen 1. Try it out! It's one of the coolest QBasic
games possible to program (that's why it needs such a fast
computer). Note that you should have a computer with 200Mhz or more
to run this game at a reasonable speed. Note: Due to the lack
of speed control of program flow in QBasic,
this program does not run properly under Windows XP. |
